Orange Pineapple Smoothie

• one 398 ml can of pineapple
• one ripe banana, peeled
• zest of one quarter of an orange
• one orange, peeled

In a blender, put all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and the zest is in very fine tiny pieces. Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy.
